Based on the information obtained, users will learn the concepts associated with copyright issues and by completing the course will be prepared for all the more professional and detailed topics of intellectual property rights issues.

After completing this course you will be able to understand typical forms of knowledge and technology transfer (collaborative research, contract research, licensing, establishment of spin-off companies), that will be presented with emphasis on partial processes and rules used at the University of Ostrava.

By industrial law we mean the protection of the results of technical creative activity (inventions and utility models), objects of industrial design (industrial designs), as well as designation rights (trademarks and designations of origin / geographical indications) as well as construction schemes of semiconductor products (so-called topography of semiconductor products) and more.
